By booking an appointment with BOHO Beauty Bar, you understand and comply with all terms & conditions mentioned below. I understand unforseen circumstances can occur but please understand missed, late, or last minute cancellations can not always be filled, resulting in a loss to business.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Due to insurance purposes, no other guests are permitted to attend your appointment, unfortunately this includes children.
When parking please do not park over the crosswalk, sometimes the ranger likes to fine people. BOHO Beauty Bar is not responsible for any parking fines.
If there is a car in the driveway or on the curb, please wait while I finish with my previous client. If you arrive early, please contact me as some local clients walk down.
Outstanding balances can be paid via Cash or Bank transfer.
BOOKING FEE
All appointments require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee. This will secure your appointment & will be deducted from your treatment price. To keep your booking fee I require 24hrs notice for cancellations & rescheduling.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
If you miss your appointment you will be charged the FULL appointment price. Your booking fee will be forfeited & your card details used to make the booking will be charged the outstanding balance of your treatment. If you would like to rebook it is up to you to reschedule an appointment & a new booking fee will be required.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are running late to your appointment please contact me as soon as possible. This may mean you will not receive your full treatment. The outstanding balance will still apply regardless of completing your treatment or not. If you arrive later than 15 minutes you will be considered a missed appointment, the above policy will take place & your appointment will be charged in full.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING LESS THAN 24HRS
Cancelling or rescheduling less than the required 24hr timeframe will forfeit your booking fee & a new one will need to be paid before your next appointment.
IF YOU ARE SICK
The health & safety of myself, my clients & their families is important so PLEASE reschedule if you are sick or unwell.
BOHO Beauty Bar has the right to refuse treatment to anyone showing symptoms of illness on the day of their appointment, this will include the loss of your booking fee & your outstanding balance will be charged.
GIFT VOUCHERS / COMPETITION WINNERS
All salon policies apply otherwise voucher / winnings may be voided.
